Sorryaboutnothing, takes 1st at Del Mar on November 15th in a Maiden Special Weight race going one mile. With a strong start out of the gate Sorryaboutnothing stalked three deep then bid three wide on the backstretch, tracked outside on the second turn, came three wide into the stretch, rallied and steadied when faced out behind the winner nearing the sixteenth pole but continued willingly. Following a stewards’ inquiry the first place horse was disqualified and placed second for interference past mid-stretch making Sorryaboutnothing the winner. We purchased the colt at the Ocala Breeders Sale as a 2 Year old in June of this year. He is a colt by Repent, a Multiple Graded Stakes Winner and was sent to train with Multiple Graded Stakes Winning Trainer Doug F. O’Neill. Sorryaboutnothing came out of the race very well and we are very excited for what is in store for our horse’s future.
